Limavady firm win Tottenham Hotspurs stadium contract

Congratulations to our tenant RCDS (NI) Ltd who was recently awarded a contract to develop the 3D BIM Modelling of Tottenham Hotspurs’ new 61,000 capacity football stadium.

The company will be modelling the precast concrete units within the stadium to include terracing, support beams and stairs. This is another high profile contract secured by the company who have been involved in the design of other stadia in the past such as Alexander stadium, MK Dons, Birmingham and Leeds Arena. This contract is significantly larger than previous ones and is likely to take three of the company’s specialist designers around a year to complete.

Michael Dunbar – one of the company’s directors commented “This is great news for our business and comes on the back of a very successful 2015 which saw the company pick up first place in the Tekla National BIM Model awards for works at 3 St. Pancras Square, London. We have worked on a variety of high profile projects throughout the UK and Ireland and are delighted to be involved in this prestigious project at one of the Premier League’s top football clubs”.

RCDS (NI) Ltd was established in 2011 and has been a Roe Valley Enterprises tenant since then. The business has grown over recent years and now employs 8 staff with satellite offices in Magherafelt, Limavady and Lisburn.
